Over the past 6 years he has gained expertise in content creation, creating and managing digital
marketing campaigns, brand awareness and audience engagement. He has experience in a number of markets ranging from healthcare to transportation. With over 10 years of working in customer service, he is a strong believer in providing a high quality customer experience, every
time. Josh is a graduate of SUNY Brockport where he studied Psychology and Philosophy with a concentration in Anthropology, graduated on the Deans List, and became a member of Tau Sigma. It was there that he gained insight into the nature of humanity and the way individuals and communities operate, a skill every good marketing agent should have under their belt. When Josh is not working you can find him volunteering as a community educator, watching a documentary with his dog, spending time at the beach with his family and friends, or enjoying some time in nature by a bonfire. As of 2022 Josh holds multiple certificates in Digital Marketing and Content Creation showing he is not only knowledgeable, but interested in staying up to date in an ever growing field.
